I'm probably a little sick, my body is thin but I constantly want to lose more. I mean last time I cut back on my work out I gained back fast. Dont want that to happen again.
I got this body by doing situps every day. I started with 5 a day and now i'm doing 50 or more.
It's Saturday and I just want to encourage videodiets.com members to do make extra effort to burn those weekend calories.
